Mass coating or bulk coating is the most economical coating process for small, bulk parts. Small metal parts are coated in bulk safely and cost-effectively at Technicoat. For example, in the dipping-centrifugation coating process, or with the aid of immersion drums in which the coating is gently applied. For the mass coating of plastics such as elastomers, we offer specially developed coating systems which achieve a high and uniform coat build-up with minimal part abrasion compared to the drum processing.
Mass coating offers you a number of advantages:
- Large quantities (e.g. connecting elements) can be coated quickly, and economically
- Carefully coat sensitive components
- Polished surfaces may be coated without fear of damage to the finished surface.
